Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and should be read together with the Privacy Policy of Khiyana Kids Wonderhub.
By placing an order on khiyana.com, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy governs:
• order cancellations
• product returns
• product exchanges
• refund processing
for purchases made through the Khiyana Kids Wonderhub website.
All return or refund requests are subject to verification and approval.
2. Eligibility for Returns
A return request will be considered only if eligible under the following conditions:
• product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• return request is raised within 5 day of delivery
• product is unused and unwashed
• original packaging, tags, labels and accessories are intact
• a clear unboxing video is available showing the sealed package opening
If the above conditions are not satisfied, the return request may be declined.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:
• baby hygiene products
• feeding accessories
• teethers or pacifiers
• innerwear and socks
• clearance or heavily discounted items
• products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear
• items without original packaging or tags
4. Return Request Process (Through Website Only)
Return requests must be submitted through the website order section.
Step 1
Login to your account on khiyana.com
Step 2
Go to My Account → Orders
Step 3
Select the order and click Request Return
Step 4
Upload required details:
• reason for return
• product photos
• unboxing video (if applicable)
Step 5
Submit the return request.
If the request is eligible for return, our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days.
If approved:
• reverse pickup will be arranged OR
• instructions for self-shipping will be provided.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchange requests will be accepted only if eligible under the following conditions:
• product is damaged or defective
• incorrect item was delivered
• request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• product is unused and in original condition
Exchange requests must be submitted through:
My Account → Orders → Request Exchange
If eligible for exchange:
• replacement will be shipped after verification
• exchange is subject to stock availability
If replacement is unavailable, refund will be processed.
6. Return Shipping & Handling Deduction (Custom Slabs)
To cover reverse logistics and handling costs, deductions may apply on approved returns.
Deduction Slabs

| ₹500 and above | ₹120 – ₹180 |
The exact deduction depends on:
• courier reverse pickup charges
• product weight and dimensions
• packaging and handling cost
Important:
• shipping charges are non-refundable
• no deduction applies if the error was from our side (wrong product or transit damage)
7. RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
If an order is returned due to:
• incorrect address
• customer unavailable
• refusal to accept delivery
then the order will be marked as RTO.
In such cases:
• forward shipping cost
• return shipping cost
• handling charges
may be deducted from the refundable amount.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after product verification.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
• UPI
• debit/credit card
• net banking
• wallet
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via:
• bank transfer
• UPI transfer
after confirmation of payment details.
Refund Timeline
Refund initiation: 5–7 working days
Bank processing time: 3–7 working days
9. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only if eligible for cancellation under the following conditions:
• order has not been dispatched
• cancellation request is made before shipping
Cancellation Process
- Login to khiyana.com
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Select the order
- Click Cancel Order
If eligible for cancellation, the order will be cancelled and refund processed.
Refund timeline: 3–5 working days.
10. Delayed or Failed Refunds
If a refund has not been received:
- Check your bank account or payment app
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If unresolved, contact Khiyana support with your order details.
11. Abuse of Return Policy
To protect genuine customers, Khiyana Kids Wonderhub reserves the right to:
• reject excessive return requests
• refuse service to accounts misusing policies
• investigate suspicious claims or fraudulent activity
12. Limitation of Liability & Safeguards
Khiyana Kids Wonderhub shall not be liable for:
• courier delays beyond our control
• payment gateway delays
• incorrect address provided by the customer
• product misuse by the customer
• delays caused by natural events or operational disruptions
Additionally:
• Khiyana reserves the right to reject returns without proper proof
• Khiyana may request additional verification for suspicious claims
• repeated misuse may lead to account restriction
• liability of Khiyana shall never exceed the order value paid

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
The latest version available on the website shall apply.
