Once an order is successfully placed on our website, it is processed for packaging and dispatch.
• Order processing time: 1–2 business days
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email or message after successful placement.
2. Shipping Locations
Khiyana Kids Wonderhub currently ships across most locations in India.
Delivery availability may depend on serviceability of courier partners in certain regions.
If a location is not serviceable, the order may be cancelled and the payment refunded.
3. Shipping Charges

4. Delivery Time

• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–6 business days

5. Order Tracking
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive:

Customers may also track their orders through My Account → Orders on the website.
6. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times depending on their policy.
If delivery fails due to:
• customer unavailable
• incorrect address
• refusal to accept order
the shipment may be returned to us.
7. RTO (Return to Origin)
If a shipment is returned to us due to:
• incorrect or incomplete address
• customer not available at delivery
• refusal to accept delivery
the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
In such cases:
• return shipping charges may apply
• refund may be processed after deducting applicable logistics charges as mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
These may include:
• courier operational issues
• natural disruptions
• regional restrictions
• unexpected logistics delays
Khiyana Kids Wonderhub shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.
9. Damaged Packages During Delivery
If a package appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:
• refuse the delivery, or
• record an unboxing video while opening the package.
Customers should report such issues within 48 hours of delivery through the website order section or by contacting support.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Khiyana Kids Wonderhub will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by:
• incorrect address
• incorrect contact details
• missing landmark information
11. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately depending on:

• warehouse location
